About Me
I'm a voracious reader, as you will notice if you frequent here often. I typically finish a book every day (I have about an hour of reading, thanks to going to and from school). I'm also a big reviewer. I will gladly talk your ear off about a book, even if I didn't like it. Even if I haven't read it. I'm also an artsy person. I have attempted fanart (didn't go so well, but I'm practicing) and I play the viola. Expect some cover evaluations and playlists, but not too many. Those take lots of thought. I also write, but I don't think that I'm going to do much with that on here.

This is my first attempt at something like this, so be patient with me. I don't have a YouTube channel, but I am on Goodreads. My reviews are much shorter on there, and I don't accept friend requests unless I know the person. However, you can follow me to your heart's content. :) If forced to refer to myself, I'll either be "the Scribe" or "the blogger on Parchment and Ink"
I read young adult and middle grade. Please nothing overly explicit, with minimal cursing. I do take requests, but during the school year, it's a little bit iffy when I'll be finished and have time to write the review. November, December, April, and May are especially busy due to midterms, holidays, finals, and writing months. Other than that I'm pretty much game. I love discovering new authors, but I am very honest when I don't like something. No empty praise over here.
